It was a pleasure to partner with Ford Construction on our home renovation project in Chatham. Jonathan and his team were true partners and with us every step of the way. Once our project was underway, I knew we had made the right choice. Jonathan was a great communicator and managed the project as a true professional. They addressed technical challenges including moving the stairs to the basement and a few other surprises that come with renovating a 50 year old house. Ford Construction just completed a pergola for our home in Chatham under the supervision of Jonathan Welch. He was referred by a very discerning friend in town. We have worked with many contractors over the years on large and small projects. We have never worked with a contractor as responsive as Jonathan and his team. He always calls when he says he will, shows up when he says he will and keeps us informed and gets our consent when there are critical project decisions. Our pergola is absolutely rock solid made from the finest materials and is basically a work of art, perfection. Our house is on a walking route and people stop to tell us how beautiful it is. The cost was fair, the bill was very detailed and there were no surprises or anxiety. We are on to our next project with Ford, extending an upper view deck. Jonathan and his team are an absolute pleasure to work, their work was efficient and on time, they clean up the work area each day and we were very lucky to have found them, we are very happy.

I highly recommend Jonathan Welch and Ford Construction for construction projects on the cape. Jonathan and his team were outstanding. They are friendly, customer-focused and meticulous in their work. The team finished a brand new kitchen, powder room, upstairs bedroom and living room in less than a month and in time for the seasonal guests we were expecting.
